Weekend Schedule

Review the current tournament schedule by day. Mixed Triples is the only event allowing on-site sign-ups and cross-charter play.

Tournament Details

Please review player eligibility, entry information, bounty deadlines, and qualifying requirements before tournament weekend.

Player Eligibility

  • Open to players from Ohio Vending, Lorain Music Company, NexGen Vending, Bell Music, and J & S Electronics only.
  • Players must have 96 games with the vendor they are signing up through.
  • Players must be 21+ only.

Qualifying Period

  • Qualifying period is October 21, 2025 to September 14, 2026.
  • All events will have multiple divisions.
  • Final divisions will be determined after sign-ups close.

Entry Info

  • $40 per player per event.
  • All entries include greens fees.
  • Boards will be on free play.
  • No on-site late entries except for Mixed Triples.

Bounty Info

  • Doubles Bounty: $22 per team.
  • Team Event Bounty: $44 per team.
  • Doubles Combo Bounty sign-ups are due by 10:00 AM Saturday only.
  • Team Event Bounty sign-ups are due by 5:00 PM Friday only.

Mixed Triples

  • Players may cross charter and sign up on-site for Mixed Triples only.
  • Mixed Triples sign-up deadline is 4:00 PM Friday.
  • All other events must be registered through your vendor before the deadline.
